Commissioning me means you agree to my terms of service.I have the right to decline.I have the right to up the price if necessary.If you want something by a specific date please specify. The due date must be within 2-3 weeks of ordering. This will result in a rush order fee.
(Rush order fee: 2x the base price)Unless agreed upon before purchase; I have the right to display commissioned work in my portfolio, social media, and personal advertising. You can request your commission be exempt from this.
( This will result in a Nondisclosure fee of %20 the total commission cost )All Commissions are For Personal (Non-Commercial) use unless stated otherwise.I try to finish commissions with in 1month~6months depending on complexity,
if your commission is not finish with in a month you may ask for progress update.↓MUST PAY IF THIS HAPPENS↓
If you request a refund after receiving WIPs (Sketches) you must pay for the sketch(s),
then the rest of the refund will be sent, once the sketch price is removed from the total.
If you request for a completely different or new sketch, you must pay for the first sketch(s) done.
↑______________________________↑♥Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, or any other blockchain-based technologies is strictly prohibited. Use for AI generation, programing, and any other AI related use is also prohibited.Not allowed to re-sell the pictures commissioned for profit.No re-colouring, tracing, editing, base making, altering, stealing, etc. of the commissioned picture.You are allowed to re-upload the image to places like Toybox, ToyHouse, Twitter, and BlueSky with credit to me as the artist.If you commissioned me for a canon character you don't have rights to;
I see it as you asking me to draw fanart work.I Don't Accept Refunds
Unless absolutely have to on my end.If you're not happy with the outcome of your commission,
please contact me [The Artist] ASAP with your complaint, and we may talk about the problem and see how I may be able to fix it for you.I'm rather flexible with fixing things.If there is an error in colour, pattern, design or so, please contact me.Minor edits are no extra cost.There will be a fee if wanting the image to be re-drawn completely.Payment
Currently only accept Paypal (U.S.Dollars) for payments.
I will give you an Invoice for payment.(I will not start on your commission till invoice/payment is accepted)
If you recall/withdraw your payment after getting your commission,
you will be blacklisted from buying anything from me.I will not start till payment has gone though correctly.Will Draw
